Terms & Conditions
. Artists must arrive 10-15 minutes prior to Studio Session.
. Artists must submit documentation for additional guests exceeding 5 individuals. Limited to 5 extra guests.
. Any additional guests/media crew exceeding 10 individuals must be submitted for space approval. All unapproved guests will not be permitted into King of Diamonds Studios.® without entry fee of $25.
. All guests are only permitted access to reserved studio unit. With granted access to Lounge Area & Kitchenette.
. All artists/guests/media must comply to safety measuring & protocol standards. No firearms are permitted in KOD Studios at any time under any circumstance.
. Artists must guarantee a respectful use of every space. Please clean up after yourselves & your company. Be mindful of other artists utilizing our facility — Thank you!
